Senior IT/Software Roles

I've decided it's time for a change, little left to achieve or places to grow in my current role leading a number of software development and support teams.

Does anyone have any advice on decent agents who specialise in Senior/CTO level IT/Software hires? I've recruited a lot of software devs and tech leads in my time, but typically no one more senior.

Depends if you wanted to stay on the Quant dev side of business or generalise (at a senior level). If so, some job sites like Wilmott may be better than say CWJobs.
