Difficult for anyone here to answer that! My car would definitely fail that - M400 with 6 yr old Roush exhaust and race cats. The car is used extensively on track and because most of the exhaust wadding has been blown out, it now reads 103dB static. If your car hasn't been tracked that much and the exhaust isn't too old I would guess it should be fine.
The various apps I tried on my Google Nexus gave readings in the range of 86 - 87 dBs (4,500rpm 0.5m 45 degs)
Seems a little low to me, but there again my car is not particularly loud. Haven't got to a track-side meter yet to compare.
Also tried an app on my son's ipod at it read 100 dB, which is hugely different, so one or other is way out.

easily fixed for under £400 by a guy I know locally to us... he's done a few roushe exhausts and a H&SRobP said:

The stock cars rev to 6500rpm (although rev limiter is higher there is no power up there) so should be tested at around 4500rpm for 3/4 redline test.... if your marginal tell them it revs to 6k, but they may not believe you lol
