A couple of people on here have asked me about the ingredients for the Curry Goat and Jerk Chicken that I've posted in the Dirty Takeaway Thread... well, my local Caribbean takeaway has released a book of all their recipes, which is available for Kindle on Amazon.

(just to note, I'm not affiliated with them and I don't benefit at all from the book. They are just my favourite takeaway!)

There's a "lite" version too (not as many recipes) for less cost, and which can be 'borrowed' for free on Kindle if you are Amazon Prime registered :

Great blog that.

Or you could cheat with jerk chicken and use 'Dunn's River' Jamaican Jerk Seasoning. (That's going on the BBQ shortly.)
