Can anyone recommend a builder who's good, yet not overly expensive, in North Somerset?

I'm looking for someone to tell me if some ideas I have are possible to do, in with a chance of getting past planning and to give a rough quote.

Hi

Converting a box room into an en suite to a bedroom, seeing if a flat roof is strong enough to put a balcony on, and putting a door from the outside into the basement.

In Weston super mare.
