Jeep Independent Service near Portsmouth/Southampton

I'm a Jeep Patriot 2.2 diesel driver who has just had a great laugh with my local Jeep main dealer. Yes, really! No, sorry, its really the dealer having a laugh: he said a 36,000 mile service was going to be almost £400...

Does anyone know of a VAT-registered independent garage near Portsmouth, Southampton, Basingstoke or Reading that will do me a 36,000 mile service for a sensible price using genuine parts in a way that will retain my Jeep warranty?

Please feel free to contact me with their details or post them. An oil and filters change for £400 is a joke, isn't it?

Ouch from what I remember the oil was ridiculously priced can you supply your own to cut cost? Try ringing a few other dealers to and play them of against each other.

Well today I had my Patriot serviced at MGD.

Everything done well, staff very helpful and the car feeling very much smoother. I'll be back there in 12,000 miles (Unless I get them to fit a suspension lift kit before then...)

Very pleased with MGD :-)
