Has anybody heard of this ?
Was made aware yesterday by someone who reckons its common knowledge, that as of January 2014 it will be much easier to import cars into Japan.
Apparently one VW camper dealer is stockpiling old campers waiting for the prices to go daft.
Is this common knowledge or a myth ?

I have heard that quite a few classic cars are going to Japan recently. I think the last couple of GT6 Mk1 to have sold have both gone over there.

Happening with 80,s Jap motorcycles as well just now, lots getting snapped up to be sent over from here, they got scrapped after their 'usefullness' at the time but they want them again.
Had a 1981 Kawasaki z1000st for sale, just restored it.guy comes to the door after the sale,i asked him if he wanted to see it running, nope he said, doesn't matter,it's getting shipped over to Japan!!
