BMW E46 M3 Inspection 2 Service?

Hi,

Can anybody recommend a garage either in the Midlands or Dorset area that carry out the full inspection 2 service including checking the valve clearances? I had this service at a main dealers some time ago but have since been told that they never check the valve clearance but charge you for the pleasure.

I have had a broad range of prices quoted in the past from £500 - £1100.

Anybody had any dealings with West Tuning at Thruxton?

Not Dorset or the Midlands, but in the middle(ish) is Iridum Engineering, a couple of miles from Southampton airport.

I had a few bits and pieces done on my E36 Evo last month and cannot reccomend Sean highly enough.

Not that local, but Forza West in Chepstow are very good. Stuart is very knowledgeable and pretty reasonable.

I have also heard good things about Redish, but personally I have never used them.
