AMOC exciting or wot ?

You lads that are not members of the AMOC ( unlike myself ) are really missing a trick.
Instead of reading the trivia on this forum you could be indulging yourselves in really interesting and thought provoking
Aston Martin related topics allow me to give you a flavour :
1. Location of multi pin computer socket.
2. Upgrade to a canister type oil filter for 4.0 engines.
3. Boot lid MK111
Is that not better than bird poo ?

I was a regular on AMOC when I had a DB7, quite lively and fun over there for that car.

DB9 section was like Al Qaeda at a hog roast

Funny you should mention red trousers Neil,,,,had a mens clothing catalogue thru' the post last week (Joseph Turner),,,In there saw the red trousers and thought I quite liked them (they're more wine than red really),,,but couldn't do it after all the p*ss taking by Russell and many others, on his hilarious Redtrouserwkeritis AMOC thread. It might be intended to be light hearted but I daren't risk it.

PS Anyway, they'd clash with Vesuvius.

I was going to mention the Red Trouser Saga but chose not to as the OP of the Topic is a very pleasant chap that I have met and would not wish to offend and also posts under a different nickname on this forum
Russell aka The Doctor aka Surgeon General gave his Topic the heading of "Redtrouserwkeritis of the day."
The object of the Topic is to gently ridicule Aston owners that sport red trousers.
Now on this forum such a Topic might last a day or two and then wither on the vine.
On the AMOC forum the topic was first posted on 9th May 2013.
28 PAGES LATER it still arouses comment.
(I suspect that is not all it arouses).
In defence of those that choose to sport trousers of adventurous hues I started a new Topic I named "Donaldwhere'syertrewsers" but alas it did not gain a lot of support.
