Backing plate for Bernard Scouse Airbox

After picking up my car from the MOT unfortunately the aluminium backing plate has snapped around the fastener - I'm pretty sure it was fine when I dropped the car off but can't prove anything. Anyway, is it an easy fix/can I get a new plate? It's the one bonded to the airbox itself by the way.
