Msa rally car classification highly modified home built,
Discussion
I'm building / built a Peugeot 205 but with a diffrence, it's got a honda blackbird bike engine in the front which is powering the rear wheels via a one off prop on to a mk2 escort rear axle,
I'm building it for fun and track days and the idea of going rallying is bouncing round my head.
I've look throght the blue book bug carnt find anything on classification for any thing like I've got,
All the rear end has changed ect suspention ect,
From what I've seen in the blue book the engine is ok as it says, solong as the new engine does not exceed 25% the original cc of the engine fitted originally,
The gear box is "free" So I'm gessing it's ok.
I need a reverse gear, can this be electric?
with the correct mods or proper cage could I use this car for rallying? Of so what class should it run in?
Thanks

They were too quick and didn't give the rest of us a chance! Sounds like a great car but sadly not for rallying - sprints are an option asfaik.
