I have been doing a test run on some cosmetic changes to the centre console.
But I have now encountered a problem having carefully removed various items.
I just cannot remove the centre storage box using some considerable force... it will not shift.
Perceived wisdom is remove the screws at the front under the cup holders then the screws at the rear, slide forward and carefully remove the connections.
On the MY2011 DB9 there seems to additional fixings at rear underneath... which and where I cannot locate?
So help any views as to what and where?
Possible last resort use Thors Hammer and pray...

Did you try raising the front rather than slide it forward? When I had mine off, I seem to recollect that there were some obstacles preventing it from sliding straight forward, so I raised the front to about 30 degrees or so, reached under and disconnected the various plugs, then pulled it forward to disengage it from under the rear trim. Beyond that, I can't help you...

Not pointing out the obvious here but does the centre storage unit not slide back (not forward) once unscrewed? Mine does...

Thanks for suggestions, but have tried moving these both forwards and backwards using some force and cannot raise to 30 degrees. There seems to be an additional fixing underneath towards the rear of the unit.
Tony.. spring section not sure what this means?
So will have to try...think of something else....banghead

at rear of unit there is a small curved trinket section.......there is a cover plate in there...you need to place small screw driver in one corner and prize it open...once a corner is out the whole plate pops out...you will find 2 more screws under there...
