Just wanted to say thanks to Paul and Andrea for organising a fantastic weekend.
Had loads of laughs with some great people, and all done without a drop of alcohol. Well maybe a drop...... ;-)
Well I might have gotten away with it if success was spelt with one C.... i'll get my coat!

Wow totally agree, It was a very special weekend this year for me and I truly loved the event, why because it was run by two of the nicest friends Paul and Andrea and it was attended by lots of great people. As some of you will know I no longer have a Griff sadly (sorry Paul) but now own a Tuscan 2 yet I feel this is a brilliant event that brings together great owners in Epic cars and was so well organised. Paul hope you continue to do the Growl and would be delighted to support you next year when I am fully back on my feet.
I must say it takes a lot of Organising and a big thank you to Paul, Andrea and all the Griff owners for allowing us Chim owners the same space this year i went on the rolling road saturday emptied my wallet at ACT and briefly popped in today with other TVRs on a run out the weather was perfect!

Turned up at very short notice this morning but just wanted to add my thanks also to the organisers and also to the great folk (incl. Richard, David, Pete, Moosey(?)- hope I got that right), who were kind enough to show us their cars and offer advice to a future griff owner. Had a great time and so did my son! Terrific day - weatherwise, cars, people and of course sounds - thanks.

Was he ginger, looked a bit like a Ferret? Still drunk from the night before? Did he claim to have doubled the mileage on his Griff in 18 months? Was there a drunk Scotsman near him? In which case, bless him, it was Moycie.
lol..not sure I should say yes to 'all' that, but that's the name..apologies Moycie, Thanks 5.0ltr..lolEnjoyed the day myself. Neck is burnt to a crisp. Nice to meet a few fellow owners. Had a good chat with Mr & Mrs Shawbags who kindly gave me the replacement handbrake handle( I still owe you a beer). A fellow pre-cat owner who's name I can't remember
Barreti doubled the 'to do' list (looks like I will need your advice) and an angry Scotsman who threatened to stab everyone who would'nt bid.........which was nice.
Cya at the next one

A huge thanks to Paul and Andrea. Another great weekend. Chuffed to win the Uncle Fester Best Griffith award this year. As always, a great bunch of people and good to catch up with you all.

Another great Growl and yes a big thanks to Paul and Andrea for a good one, especially arranging the superb weather.
A picture of Moycie the day after - Now, do I drink this or put it on???

Can't really say much more than has already been said but as always a massive thank you to the Flip Flops for organising yet another smashing (or should that be 'smashed') weekend. Finally feeling human again and looking through some photos on my phone. It's good to take photos it seems as half of what happened seems to have erased itself from my memory !!
A great weekend spent with some truly great friends. Maybe 10 bottles of Champagne on the Friday was over doing it a little though

A really good weekend helped by the wonderful weather. Thank you Paul and Andrea for organising; I can imagine it takes a lot of time and effort. We all appreciate it and hope you feel able to continue.
Great fun meeting with the lads at Chequers on Saturday afternoon and watching Petegriff descending into an alcoholic haze that resulted in him disappearing for a long spell at Chutneys! Angry Jock seemed to suffer no ill effects from quantities of alcohol that would floor lesser mortals. He just got louder.......
Good to meet potential new owners Storm Guy and Dodgepot. I hope you're able to find what you're looking for. Also good to meet Acid Rich along with his new 4L. Drop me a pm if you'd like to have a look at the spare shocks I have.
Rgds, David
