Hi

Well with the weather looking like it will be great for the fest I hope the car parking will be just as great!

As its the 30th Birthday of the 350i the car park layout is based around the 350i.

Please can all 350i owners help the car parkers by displaying your Chassis num and original date of reg in you screen on a sensible size piece of paper.

This will help them get you into the correct parking areas.

This applies especially to the series 1 cars!

Key to car parking.

A. Welcome point.

B. Control point.

C. Traders.

D. Auto Jumble.

1. 350i Series 1.

2. 350i Series 2.

3 350SE

4.350i FHC & 2+2's

5.SXs

6. Turbo's & Special's

7. SEACs and 450SE

8. 400

9. 400

10. 390 & 420

11 to 12. Wedge overspill.

13. Tasmins 280i & 200

14. 350i overspill.

Again please help the car parkers by studding this layout, there will be signs on the day to help point you in the correct direction.

I hope you enjoy the day and hope to see you next weekend.

Andy

yes That's usually where the curvy ones go. Don't fancy the close proximity of the customer car park TBH. scratchchin

Is there a guide for what constitutes a "special", e.g. non-standard engine (bigger displacement, different type, forced induction etc) to avoid confusion on arrival?

Hi

A special is some thing like the White Elephant or even Zigs car as there was never an offical SX280, so thats what we call a Special.!

If you car is a 280i or 350i etc then park in those areas!

Hi

Yes they are specials, but if the owner wants to go in the area which his car would have been in before the mods then they can.

Its not a case of you must go there or else we use them for the rope for the Tug of War Ouch! biggrin

As its for any driver who will not want to park in model areas as they want to park with there mates who may have differant models etc so we just get them to then park in the overspill areas, simple!

Ref 450i well they go into the 450SE area 7!

Ref 420 well they go into area 10 with the 390-420 a BV or not!

Hi Andy

Forgive my ignorance as a relatively new Wedger but how much of the Chassis number do you want because the whole number would be difficult to read? I'm sure you have a standard way of trunkating it! Also, I can't find my date of manufacture. All I know is that it is 1989. Help!!

Cheers

Adrian
