Cheap weatherproof "spy" camera

I need to catch some dog walkers that leave their poop in the lane right outside our garage.
I don't need much quality-wise. As long as I can make out the approximate size/colour of the dog that's enough. I'll only record during daylight.
It should be weather proof, battery operated, and the batteries/memory should last at least a few hours. Budget is low - the cheaper the better.

I have various bushes/rocks that I can hide it in, but obviously something small and not easily visible would be a bonus.

What should I be looking for?

none of these are water proof but they are cheap and you dont care what it looks like so im sure you could just gaffer tape it to a tree
