Goodwood FOS – any special treatment from Porsche?

I remember a few years ago, a mate only had to flash his Audi key fob on the Audi stand and we got free drinks, canapés, a viewing platform over the track (just after the bridge), etc.

I was wondering if Porsche do any freebies at all for their customers? Am going on Sunday.

I checked with Porsche yesterday and afraid not. I had an R8 before i purchased my Turbo S recently and told them about the Audi stand but they confirmed they don’t have such a facility at FOS. They do have corporate hospitality for those lucky enough to get tickets from their Porsche centres.

I know lots of members of that club (including me) who took part in the track session, but none of them (including me) sport any facial hair. However, if a beard was a pre-requisite of club membership, I'd bin the razor today because the benefits would far outweigh the beardy jibes. Hooning round Goodwood in a manual 991 Carrera 4S for free being just one of them!
