Ran my first eight
Discussion
A great day at York saw a consistent series of 9.7, 9.5, 9.4 and 9.4. The boost controller was playing up in the heat, so the time between each run was a bit stretched. John Sleath was tweaking the map, as we started pushing 20psi. The last run of the day saw the boost controller stuck on 16psi, which made for an interesting launch. The sixty foot dropped into the 1.3s, while the ET was an amazing (well for me) 8.9 @ 156. Stopping was interesting, so I'll be wearing a parachute in August.
Hoping to start racing properly at the next outing, so watch out all you people with one second response times, there's a new kid in town...

Well done, you should be able to go a bit faster than you did too, the density altitude was rather high at the weekend, I know I was anything up to couple of tenths down from what my car normally runs at York. The track was good but as far as the engine was concerned it was like running on a treadmil in a sauna.
