i have the internet in my home gym so have playlists from youtube
plenty of dance and trance stuff, live sets from armin and tiesto etc
all my warm up stuff seems to be flo rida or similar R&B, seems to be good as i usually start warming up on the rowing machine, so some ladies in bikinis always help!

had a quick scan through a few of them, Hoofy and they seem spot on
i still like my eye candy when doing certain excercises
if its legs day i just like the music loud and uplifting
but doing anything whereby i stand, i like having vids on, as between sets and sometimes whilst doing lat raises etc i do seem to get motivated to shed the gut. by virtue of thinking those women dancing wouldnt be impressed if my gut was hanging out
might be vain, but it works for me
amazed how certain songs make me think gym, when i hear them on theradio makes me want to work out

Your gym looks different to mine. example of the insperation

That music is played on Kiss 100, so just record that for an hour or buy a "wireless". TBH I'm surprised they don't pipe that into your gym anyway.

There was a weekly spin class in my old gym in Plymouth where the pti played a ton of alternative / rock stuff instead of the ubiquitous trance s
te. Since the average age of the participants was well into the 30s and 40s, it was no wonder that his classes were more popular than the others throughout the week. Unless people just had more time on a Tuesday lunchtime than they did any other lunchtime.
Why do fitness instructors have such b
ks taste in music? And is it proportionate to the amount of hair gel applied?

Probably better for cardio than weights. Free downloads of hour long house/techno sessions at various bpm, or pay a small sub and avoid the minute or two of blather at the start of each download.
