BBC Radio 5 broadcast at each F1 race if that's what you're after. Good mobile app too.

Doesn't work out of the UK though? Didn't last time I tried in Sweden, where it cuts out as soon as the race starts. (on a computer - I assume it's the same mobile). I didn't try very hard. With Proxy servers yes, but would probably be over mobile data if you were at the race. Roaming data is expensive so find a local sim with a data deal...http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/radio#
Unfortunately there is no Kangeroo TV this year at F1.
Are there any other solutions?
No consolation, but, at the Spanish GP in Barcelona they handed out papers with 2 frequencies (1 for Spanish, 1 for English ) I didn't find anyone that could locate the English broadcast
Oh what a surprise . . . (not)
Personally, I am very p1ssed off that the Fanvision system didn't pay Bernie enough to continue, as it was invaluable during Quali & damned useful during the race.
PA from the speakers in Spa is totally inaudible except for the few seconds that no car is passing, so, sharp wits /binoculars/imagination / a place close to a big screen/ is a must if you want to have anything resembling a flying feck of what is going on.
