Haha - I enquired at QED about this a while back and they said it could be done but you'd be looking at in the region of 14k +, aye just for the engine!!http://files.qedmotorsport.co.uk/lotus_twincam_pri...
I'm keeping the car, not that it gets used as much as it should...
Thinking of going the Zetec route or maybe a V6. (originality is not a problem)
Originally was just going to drive the car until the twink gave up but it may make more sense to see how far by selling the engine, I can go with a conversion.

The Zetec is a great engine. Whilst ultimately not as tunable as a Duratec & a little heavier, it slots straight in & produces good power out of the crate - whap on a set of Jenvys & EM and you got 160-170 bhp with bullet proof reliability. No brainer really so long as max power is not your thing.
