Door Rattle Cure

Does anyone have Rick DMS' instructions for curing the door rattle (i.e., how to dismantle and locate the offending wire)? It is supposed to be a 5 min job, but I don't want to balls it up. Cheers.

I've got a rattle on my V8V as well. So I'd be interested if it's wire.
