Decided, foolishly it seems, to give the garage to the Caterham, and keep the Vantage on the drive, how the hell was I supposed to know the sun would come out? Well, the leather on the instrument pod has shrunk in the heat and come unstuck, does anyone know how to get the pod off?
Many thanks

It just pops off. Get your fingertips under both sides farthest away from you and lift, then do the same at the sides closest to you. There should also be a leather retaining strap underneath that requires you to remove one screw.

Good luck stretching and glueing it. Also have a look at the pieces closest to the windscreen -- one on either side. The glue has a tendency to let go there too.

Mine was too far gone and wouldn't stretch enough to glue. Ended up having all the upper dash retrimmed (7 pieces altogether).
