Can someone identify the bolt arrowed, or rather say what lies behind it? At first, I thought it was the cover for the pressure relief valve, but I think that's the one above and to the left.
I'm not sure from your phraseology if that's a suggestion or a statement? I've never had to pull a filter housing to pieces so I really don't know what it is.
