Privacy Glass on E55 Wagon

Hi, perhaps a stupid question.....

I want to get the windows tinted but don't want it to look chavvy. does anyone know the tint % of factory tinted glass?

I want to do it as we are going to France on holiday and want to keep the heat and glare down on the long run (5 year old in the back).

I'd say a 35% tint would be close to factory.

Hi there, I have a Silver 2005 W211 Avantgarde, I got a smoke on the rear screen and light smoke on the front and rear side windows, to be honest in a lot of light most people wouldnt be even able to see that it's been done but it was just enough I feel and I quite like it, if you want let me know and I'll send some pics, the one on my profile page shows it quite dark as its in the shade.

try to get the tint the same colour as the factory . less noticeable that way
