Neil Young - signed autograph

What would be the best way of achieving this?
I've a good friend who has just gone through a major cancer operation and is a Neil Young nut!
Been to see him several times in concert, has the books, plays his tunes all the time.

He is feeling very sorry for himself and I thought if I could get something like this it would really perk him up.

Any ideas?
