Wondered if there were any fellow fans in the Channel Islands? I've just been chosen by a 390se and thought there used to be a Guernsey Tvr car club branch, but can't find anything on it.

Anyone fancy waking up the neighbours?

Don't live there but visit friends now and again. Keep meaning to bring a TVR over. Is the dealer still on the Island? Had a good hour or so in there when they first opened, he was telling me how they'd already had 1 Sagaris trashed along a wall with some one trying to squeeze a gap.

The garage is still here, but no longer have any connection with Tvr. There's quite a few over here though. my old chim is still around and i took a 400se to a car show over here and there was a good 20 or so there. Hell of a turnout for an island this small.

not great for opening them up, but a drive round the coast on a sunny day can't be beaten!

I could be wrong here, but do they still close - is it the Cobo Bay road so you can all have a quick fix? I seem to remember something similar on a visit a few years back?

yeah, there's a charity sprint quarter mile at Vason (next bay round). there's also a couple of hill climbs that they let you have a go at too so a few excuses to scare the local wildlife..
