Civil Engineer to Management ranks - Advice needed
Discussion
I now have 14 years experience as a civil engineer and currently work for one of the biggest engineering companies in the world. My role gives me a decent amount of responsability with heading up projects and staff. However I'm considering a move towards the manament side of the bussiness and seeking advice. I'm guessing my next big step is an MBA however is there an interim entry level style management course which can be undertaken which is industry recogised which would start me on the right path.
Bussiness development appeals to me with client intrefacing being my prefered path in the next few years.
If anyone could offer some advice I'd appreciate it
