As I did the announcements before I started drinking (again) I should be in a position to remember.

So we announced (as I recall):

Loudest Wedge went to Andy's Yellow SEAC (114dB(A)?? at 3000rpm)
Concourse to a White 350i (reg?), Crawford came second.
Rat car to one of the Dutchies - I think Dries.
Second place to the Orange Men in the Tug'o'War.

And the Dutch came first, second and third in "Best Burn Out" ;^)

It was Nico aka "De Lus" as my Fiat was not allowed to participate so I parked it politely as far away as i could.

I thought your supercharged wedge would be louder than that Mark...

I'm sure mine would beat you both....clap

Shame I can not get there till all the excitements over...Maybe in 2014 certain things will be allowed to "run late" so I can join in?

I've not tried mine on a steady 3000rpm but have registered between 85(tickover) and just under 120(blipped throttle) before... maybe I'll bring my sound meter when I collect the rad and we can do a comparison....I'm sure your neighbours would enjoy that....yikes

Actually i have been thinking surely the prize should go to a "ROAD" going car and not one that was meant for the track?...Which was banned from racing anyway..Im sure its entitled to some sort of prize...Maybe a prize for the fastest stationery wedge...biggrin
