Anyone got one of these my 890 is dead and need to upgrade to a RF model as moving all my equipment into a cupboard out of sight shortly. (Or the cheaper version Harmony Smart Control)???.

Give me the weekend and I'll play with the lower and mid range one.

I bought two to try out before I sell them into clients systems.

Now that was a bargain.

I got mine direct from Logitech when they foolishly sent me a 20% off code.

Used it some more today really liking it so far can upload pictures onto it for tv channels and icons for activities. Only thing I don't like is that when flat on desk/coffee table it doesn't sit very well if you try to press buttons with 1 finger it rocks from side to side as the base isn't flat but this is only a minor complaint. Very impressed.

Ebay auction I was the only one watching it I think put in a bid of £150 with 20 secs to go but got it for £109 delivered. Was a one off I reckon auction finished at 3.30 pm on a saturday afternoon as well so was prime time for bidders but no one else interested. :-)

The Smart Control looks interesting. I don't see the point in paying another £100 for their remote if you already have a smart phone/tablet?

I've had a 525 for ages but it's got to the point where Windows 7 won't play nicely with it so I can't update it with devices frown

My Harmony Touch has died. It's in warranty and I'm getting nowhere with Logitech customer service who keep emailing me to ask how my customer experience was! I wonder if anyone has a higher-up contact email address.
