Crunch or spit the pips?
Eat them. I think the seeds been bred nowadays to be smaller and softer than they used to be, you barely notice them.Crunch or spit the pips?
Of course, we all got told when we were younger that if we eat the seeds they could grow inside us and kill us. As I'm now in my 40s and have yet to hear of anyone dying due to "internal watermelon growth"... then I think it's probably fairly safe to eat them!

Anyone would think I was an alkyholic or something.

no problem with that, infact I would rather like it if someone shared that kinda thing with me.

My main learning with various vodkas and fruit liqueurs is that flavoured vodkas in the main taste very artificial and liqueurs are all too sweet for me.
My mission this summer is to perfect the mojito. I'm not a fan of the murky green bits in the bottom, so I've been using bashed-up Fox's glacier mints. I'll be interested to see how a special mojito mint syrup compares once this arrives.
I also bought a classic Waring blender expressly for the purpose of making frozen cocktails - like a grown-up Slush Puppie. Any fruit juice will do, frozen in ice cube trays. Just bung it all in the blender and whizz it together with the spirit of your choice. Hic!
