A mate of mine has a Griffith that has been sat for a few years and desperately needs a lot of TLC which i hope to help him with.

First job is to replace the roof which is shot.
Where and more importantly how much?

Do we buy a kit and fit ourselves or is it wiser to go to a specialist?

The car has serious electrical problems and has been sat for a while so transporting it will be difficult. We are in South Cumbria so Essex is out of the question.
Ideally a quality replacement to DIY fit would be best.
I see there are a few on the dreaded Ebay for around £350 but i would need some recommendations before considering.

I bought mine a complete kit from D&C Trim, it cost £295 including new velcro and window seals. Then got a local trimmer to fit it all for £150. Give Chris at D&C a call on - 07738 130236. Regards, Pete

South Cumbria????????????????? Got to be D&C!! It was cheaper to put mine on a low loader & get it to them to have the full job done than to get it done here on the south coast. And they did a super job too. Surface & design are next door to do the bodywork too...
