Manifold insulation

Hi all

What's the best way to insulate the exhaust manifolds to keep temps down?

Ceramic Coating?
Wrapping etc?

Doesn't ditching the precats make a big difference?

Just what I've read in here so don't know if you've done that already!

Done it already. Was a pain in the a55 by the way!! Might be the new heat insulation shields that I fitted that are causing the very hot cabin. Engine out job to change them all again and I did use the proper stuff from demon tweeks
