Oooh that's a double-ouch.
Presumably there will be/is a similar Class-Action for the subsequent iterations of IMS shaft cars.
I have no idea of the values of US 996, but this has got to push anything over ten years old into scrap value territory.
Difficult to feel any sympathy for Porsche AG over this.

I have been following this on another forum and, as far as I can work out, later cars (with final revision of the IMS bearing) were not included due to low failure rate. So some good news for later 997 owners .... hopefully.Presumably there will be/is a similar Class-Action for the subsequent iterations of IMS shaft cars.
