Thieves broke into my garage frown

Spec:
Yeti 575
Frame: 08, Pewter, Small, carbon swing-arm
Serial number: 854698S
Forks: RockShox Pike 454
Shock: Fox float RP23
Wheels: Mavic XM 719
Hope Pro II front and rear hubs
Shimano XT front and rear derailleur
Avid Elixir brakes
Race Face bar, stem and seat post

Please let me know you see it, or someone tries to sell it to you.

sorry to hear that. i will keep an eye out for you on ebay. it's a similar bike to mine so am always looking at this sort of thing. out of interest, what sort of garage is it (ie up and over door integrated with house etc) and how did they break in?

Up and over, and they smashed through the door to get to the locking mechanism

Gutted for you, I'll keep an eye out for it.
Did they take anything else? Just wondering if they knew the bike was in there and targeted it or it was just a burglary. Whereabouts in MK was it taken from? I often worry about people watching me ride home just to clock where the bike is kept.

They did a number of garages in the same area near Lodge Lake - at least a dozen in my road alone. According to the police they've been doing this all over MK in recent weeks.

Such a shame, that is a fantastic bike. My friend's garage (Emerson Valley) got broken into on Saturday night and all his tools were stolen. Looks like these bds are targeting garages all over MK.

Hope these scum get caught soon. I'll be locking my bike to several large and heavy objects in the garage from now on.
