Anyone up for a pint, Pompey/ Gosport?

I will be working in that vicinity for what will probably seem like a lifetime in the coming weeks; I should think after the first day I'll be sick of seeing my work colleagues and be up for a pint and a pie should anyone feel like coming along and sledgehammering my leg-irons off
If the good weather persists it could be an excuse for an evening drive to the seaside...

FB? I've never used it that I know of...

As far as I know (meeting this afternoon should confirm) we're renting a house in Gosport for the duration, but it's an easy ferry trip across the harbour to Gunwharf where there's Tiger Tiger, Slug'n'Lettuce, Indian, Chinese and other food and pubs... in this weather the skirts will be short and the legs will be long

May be up for that! I'm away for the next 2 weeks but will be around for a fair time after that!
If you fancy venturing a few miles inland there's a good music pub in my village and a really good gourmet pub next door to me!
