Hi all, I'm very confused.

My wife wants an Abarth 500C so we've been looking at pre registered cars around the uk dealer network. The cars themselves appeal to us but every dealer we have spoken too have told us different information when it comes to the service intervals.
I contacted Abarth UK who told me that it's 18000 miles or every 2 years. However the dealers have told us that it's every year or either 9000 miles or 6000 miles depending upon the dealer and they've all told me that if I don't get it done by the dealer interval I will invalidate the warranty?

Can anyone clarify what the interval actually is? It's been a bit off putting getting all these mixed messages.

Thanks

If you buy a Turismo or Compotizonie it will need a oil change every 6k and then a service every 18k/24mths.

This also applies to the essesse kit cars. If you buy a standard car ie 135bhp it's 18k/24mths.

PM for more info or we could supply you a car.

If the car is used mainly around town and does 6,000 miles a year an interim oil service is required every 12 months. Otherwise it's 18,000 miles or 2 years.
