Hey folks,

I made chicken in arrabiata sauce yesterday eve. There was a serving left over which I meant to pop in the fridge but forgot. It was left on the hob in a cast iron pot, in a kitchen that probably didn't fall below 20degrees last night. The wife chucked it in the fridge first thing this morning, rather than throwing it away.

I could murder it to be honest, but will it murder me? Too risky?

Nuke it hard and you'll be fine.
