Welsh 2 day corporate road trip advice

Hi. Looking at putting together a team build type event in September. Probably 10 people in hired Caterhams. Likely to head in from the midlands. Looking for advice on dramatic roads, suitable pub/hotel with rooms, meeting room etc. Not sure whether Brecon or Snowdonia is favourite? Would love to take in Evo triangle but rest of group not die hard petrol heads so dramatic scenery is priority taking in mountains, coast etc. Any advice from anyone who's done 2 day trips for 10+ people would be welcome.
