Wet fish counters in supermarkets are your best bet, ASDA have them, Morrison too I think, they'll expect to sell you the fish too, but it's worth a cheeky request
not exactly the answer you were looking for, but if you get your fish from morrisons then they will foil bag it for you, and you can even add various marinades first.
