Boots meal deal
Discussion
Prefer Sainsburys offering, their £3 meal deal includes the 'extra special' baguettes which are £3.50 normally, plus bag of crisps and bottle of drink.
I'd say the extra special baguettes are comparable in quality to Pret/ Eat. It's just annoying that the range stocked at different stores is variable and therefore they aren't available everywhere.

I was hungry enough to wander into a Co-op the other day and was pleasantly surprised at what £3 bought me; drink, enough greek salad to stun an ox and half a pineapple in an oversized pot. Even the olives were fresh. The sandwich shelf was bare apart from some horrid low fat things, but being Paisley none of the locals understand what 'salad' is so that shelf was heaving with stuff.

I thought I deserved a treat on Thursday so I went to a Pret ...

- Classic Ham & Eggs Bloomer (sandwich)
- Strawberries, Coconut & Chocolate (pot thing)
- A "Love Bar"
- Carrot Juice
- A nectarine
