my alfa remeo 159 has a problem and i need it fixed pls.

i packed my alfa remeo 159,for 3 months coming back to it and trying starting it,it display on the meter display,vehicle protection system not avaliable and made no attempt to start,please what should i do to start it because i live in Nigeria,am kinda helpless and i love my 159 and i need it in order,pls your help is needed now.

Have you tried jump starting it off a power pack or another car, just sounds like the battery is flat to me.
