Weight loss done - now what?
Discussion
right o then,
ive always been a bit round and deceptively heavy ( i blame years of horse riding and hockey!) but i decided it was now or never to get that perfect shape that i never thought i would be.
2 months ago i was 10 stone 8 lbs ive upped my running, walk 5k a day and taken up hockey again once a week, food intake has really cut back im currently eating 1200-1300 calories a day. Trying to eat clean but i love my food so theres the odd treat in there when there are the calories left.
Im now my target weight on 9.5 stone
i was thinking of dropping to 9st but im not sure.

although now im not sure what i should be doing in terms of firming everything up? I find gym work so painfully dull there is zero point in me spending £50 a month on a membership when ill barely go.
can someone reccomnd the best way to tone up, arms, legs and tummy... yeah thats pretty much all of me.

The gym is just an efficient way to achieve it that's all. Sure, you can improvise at home, in the garden etc but the reason most go to the gym is so they don't have to dick around finding things to pick up and put down etc.Im looking for exercises/ routeens i can do at home etc
