Adding a cd changer?

I have a 57 Cayman S with pcm 2.1 and bose and im wondering how simple it would be to buy and install a cd changer as I know this was a option to have the Porsche cdc 4. I'm guessing the loom is the same and theres probably just a multi plug tied up in there somewhere behind the nav unit?
Personally, I'd spend the money on an ipod interface.
