I hope its not just coating on the outside... can be detrimental to the mild-steel tubing...
Proper coating should be done in and out...
Also, there is a very good ceramic-aluminium-silverpowder coating available which gets applied and then the whole header is placed inside a vibrating machine with a fluid containing ceramic beads - basically smooths and polishes the headers to perfection...

Monster? hehe

Coming on fine - slower than I expected but thats the usual...
Had some massive changes in engineering design today - looks like I wont be needing the NOS installed, hehe, more secrets... Also checked out the new custom rear differential that was delivered - f'in MASSIVE! and light!... and the sheer thickness of the driveshafts made me tremble... the extra time is being spent on getting everything spot on, we've been looking at some new space-age ideas for taking the power further and we've got some pretty amazing things drafted up - stage 1 and stage 2 are now happening together - so when she comes out - she will hit the strip straight away - until we have fine tuned her, cut more holes here and there where needed, and once done - then of course the bodywork...

I am hoping the main work will be done by end of business January.... and I'll just drive around with her looking like she's been rammed for a bit till I'm happy and finish the body off (like we talked about - ssh!)...
