Good Android action games

I've got an S3 and over the time I've had it mobile gaming has come on in leaps and bounds but I'm struggling to find the really good ones. I'm addicted to Dead Trigger - for those that don't know it, a full blown zombie FPS that graphically is on par with consoles. But games like that seem to be a rarity - the vast majority of shooters I've tried are either on rails or static - which having played a gorgeous full blown shooter don't really cut it any more.

So what good action games/shooters are out there? I don't mind paying a few quid for a game, particularly if it means avoiding the in game purchasing model that most new games seem to be built on.
