20 inch rims on a 997.1 - what tyres!?

Anyone running 20" rims on thier 997.1?
I have been running with the Conti sports, the previous 2's & 3's got progressivly less sidewall but since the 5's came along they barely fit the rims and have no sidewall protection.
The Conti's in that size are as rare as mermaid dung so I have been trying to find anything else that fits 305/25/20 rear and 245/30/20 front and going nowhere fast.
Any suggestions on what would squeeze in 20" 11.5j cargraphic racing rims (315/325?) or alternative in that size i would be eternally grateful.
I dont really want to run different product front/back but may need to - anyone done this?
