Carparts-direct - Any good?

Need a new steering rack for my VX, so the same as an Elise, and seen that carparts-direct have refurbished ones at a good price, and more importantly, on the shelf. Just wondered if anyone had had a rack from them, as I'm always a bit dubious about buying something like this without a recommendation! Being aware of the name and shame rules, if need be you can always mail me through my profile.
