I have come to prefer diet Coke over all other colas variants. I find regular cola to be far too sugary and gloopy, preferring the chemical tang that serves to remind me that this is a product that's completely artificial.

You?

Pepsi (and all none Cokes) are too sweet.

Diet cola, never gotten on with the after-taste of the artificial sweetener.

Max/Zero, initially tastes right, however my brain twigs quite quickly that the sugar isn't there as it's not getting the buzz, then tastes all wrong.

Also has to be really cold to be nice and fizzy, preferably from a glass bottle, tastes nasty from a plastic bottle.

Aldi brand diet cola for me. I have gotten so used to it that proper diet Coke now doesn't taste so good.

The 17p price for a 2 litre bottle has nothing to do with me liking it at all. whistle

Nasty stuff. Regular coke is so sugary, you can virtually feel your teeth disolving as you drink it.

I don't drink cola that often but when I do I like the regular cherry coke. Not a fan of any of the diet colas. Just don't like the taste of them.

Rarely drink 'fizzy' drinks (used to get hyper as a kid, but have never bothered since). If I do either Diet Coke or Sprite/7up. Can definitely do the taste test between fat and diet, and the Pepsis.

I don't like Cola that much; I'll drink it maybe once or twice a year. It has to be the proper full fat stuff though. The diet stuff tastes plain odd.

Cherry coke over here the sugary version; try to avoid it on a daily basis though due to the risk of becoming a bloater on it yum

A total tangent, but the new Waitrose own-brand alcoholic ginger beer is absolutely bloody lovely! cloud9 Beats the hell out of Crabbies and others.

Fentimans is the best ginger beer, followed by canned Old Jamaican - both have a bit of fire. lick

So does Waitrose! Jamaican ginger, lemon peel and a hint of added chilli.

Plus alcohol. smile

The addition of chilli sounds interesting, but...
