Best place for very cheap but solid-looking cable locks?
Discussion
Afternoon all,
Could anyone recommend a source for cheap but beefy-looking double loop security cables, such as this...

I'm after a couple of reasonably long (4-5m) ones to secure 4 bikes onto a tow-bar mounted bike carrier, and there doesn't seem to be any point spending decent money, since let's face it, even the biggest of this sort of cable wouldn't last 10 seconds in the face of a determined set of bolt cutters, so it's just really to deter the most casual of bike thieves in motorway service stations and the like going up and down through France. I've got decent D-locks and would hope to find somewhere to use those when we actually get to our destination.
So.... Beefy looking is good, but cheap is best!

4 - 5m cables will be a challenge, if you really need that length you are looking at industrial steel hoarsers (sp). You're probably best of buying mmore but shorter cables.
Is this cheep enough?
