Hi Ed,
You don't hang about with your photo's do you!!
A good day out and great to see new faces at the Carfax meet, thanks to Nick and Alex who travelled some way to get here for the early start.
See you all soon.

Derek.

P.S. Promise I'll get a new starter motor so you won't have to try and bump start the Griff....Uphill.

My first ever TVR meet, I thought it only appropriate that one car wouldn't start, and the lead car had 1 brake light working

.... and my driver's side wing-mirror promptly falling off moments before the Griff push!

A big Thank You to the chaps at Racing Green for promptly re-fitting it! That AND a decent bacon roll!!

What a great run out, the weather could not have been better - plus an excellent lunch at the Mucky Duck on the run home. (Glad your brakes worked when really needed Ed!)

Let's hope this is not the last outing of the year.
Some thoughts about joining (the rest of) West Sussex down at Goodwood next month perhaps...?

Cheers All. A top day out.

I know, however what seems stranger is that it was working by the time we got back

I'm rather grateful to them too! Could have been a bit embarrasing

And yes, meeting up with the West Sussex lot at Goodwood sounds like a great idea to me!

It was tough.................but we managed.
Hope you didn't get into too much trouble for staying out and playing!!

The next West Sussex meet is on 23 Nov, shall we say yes if the weather is good?

Derek.

Well, actually Ed, in your case may be more of a sphincter group

Derek, 23 Nov you say? I'll work my magic on Abi (poor girl!)& see what I can do.

One or two decent curry houses (or Chinese) in Horsham, how about an informal curry night a la East Sussex TVRCC? (we really would be a sphincter group after that, before anyone else says it)

Well spotted Colin, just making sure you were all awake, the meet is on the 21st November. 11am at Goodwood usually depart at around 11.45 for The Bull at Fishborne. If this comes off we could meet in the Carfax for 10am. Christmas lights should be on, and they'll be more people around to push me out to the A24.

Hi Guys

Great time on Sunday, many thanks to you all for dragging me along at the back....... or were you holding me up

I got some pics of the convoy, one handed bouncing about on the old A281. One os not too bad, so will pass this on to add to the set.

Bad news though, that was to be the last run out for my Tuscan for a while. It has joined the great pile of statistics on engine failiours and is off to Blackpool for a finger follower fix. Still nice chap at Gatwick is trying to sell me a new T350t. Hmmm I wonder ?
