The rear springs on MK1 Tuscans are a bit soft, you could upgrade to the latest Tuscan S Mk2 blue springs which are better at resisting bump induced grounding. I think the white springs are 27.5Nm and the blues are 50Nm (apols if I've used the wrong units) . Note the fronts springs are the same rate .
